I’m a wife and proud Mumma to an energetic little boy who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily of the joy and resilience that comes with motherhood.
We also have a little one on the way, and with both excitement and nerves, we’re embracing this next chapter as our family grows So Mumma, I’m right here in this journey with you!
Our home is even livelier thanks to our crazy Golden Retriever, who brings equal parts chaos and laughter into our lives.
Family time? That’s a non-negotiable for me.
I feel most at peace by the ocean, and my day simply doesn’t start without a good coffee in hand.
Running is my go-to for mental clarity, keeping me grounded both physically and mentally. And when I’m not lacing up my sneakers, you’ll find me tending to my ever-growing collection of houseplants—or indulging in my not-so-secret obsession… chocolate (self-confessed chocoholic right here!).
As a classic Type A personality, I thrive on structure. My journey began in Sports Nutrition, where I focused on optimising training with structured plans. But over time, my passion led me to a different calling—helping mums navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nutrition with evidence-based, practical guidance.
I’m currently furthering my studies in pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nutrition, and all I can say is—WOW!
